Alex Sarsfield joined the firm in 2019, and he practices in the area of complex commercial litigation, with concentrations in construction defect claims and suretyship law. Before joining Paskert Divers Thompson, Alex practiced at a well-respected Tampa law firm where he handled various litigation matters in state and federal court. While in law school, Alex served as President of the FSU Law Moot Court Team and Executive Editor of the FSU Law Business Review. Prior to law school, Alex graduated from the University of South Florida, and he taught high school social studies in Tampa.
Alex sits on the Board of Directors for Bay Area Legal Services, and he is a Member of the HCBA Bar Leadership Institute Class of 2022. He donates his time as a pro bono attorney for Bay Area Legal Services, and as a Big Brother with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Tampa Bay.
