Jessica joined Paskert Divers Thompson in May 2023. She devotes her practice to complex commercial litigation, focusing on construction, suretyship, business torts, and contract disputes.
Before joining the firm, Jessica practiced commercial litigation focusing on real estate at a local Tampa firm. She brings a unique blend of experience and knowledge, including practice in both litigation and transactional work. Specifically, Jessica has experience handling various commercial litigation matters, real estate disputes, mergers and acquisitions of commercial and residential developments, and negotiating commercial contracts.
Jessica graduated from Stetson University College of Law, where she focused on commercial matters and trial advocacy. While in law school, Jessica earned a concentration in International Law.
In her spare time, Jessica often travels internationally and visits Disney World in Orlando with her husband, Emanuel, and her young daughter, Calista.
