Race centers his practice on construction, surety, and commercial litigation. He represents businesses and individuals throughout Florida in both state and federal courts as well as in arbitration. Race has experience in complex litigation, high-stakes litigation, appeals, and more. He has successfully argued complex jurisdictional issues in arbitration, effectively settled cases at mediation, obtained favorable judgments at trial, and successfully defended appeals. Race is dedicated to providing professional legal services and obtaining favorable outcomes for his clients.

Race studied law at the University of Oxford, in Oxford, England, prior to earning his Juris Doctorate from Florida State University College of Law. Race also holds a Certificate in Environmental, Natural Resources, and Land Use Law. Race’s undergraduate studies at Florida State University featured winning Villanova’s Mulroy Real Estate Challenge in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and he also gave the winning presentation to the Florida State University College of Business Board of Directors in Manhattan, New York.

Aside from various other athletic endeavors, Race has finished several Ironman triathlons and ultramarathons. In his free time, Race enjoys church, scuba diving, spearfishing, and Muay Thai.
