Rob Graham joined Paskert Divers Thompson in 2016 and practices in the area of complex commercial litigation, with concentrations in business disputes, construction, and suretyship law. Rob has represented business and property owners, developers, contractors, architects, surveyors, and sureties in a wide range of disputes involving contract claims and business torts, surety and construction defect matters, professional negligence claims, and director and officer liability claims. Rob has been recognized by Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch® in America for Construction Law and Commercial Litigation, and by Florida SuperLawyers® as a Rising Star in Civil Litigation - Defense.  

Prior to joining the firm, Rob worked as an Assistant State Attorney in the State Attorney’s Office in Jacksonville, Florida. There, Rob served in the felony division and prosecuted hundreds of cases, gaining significant litigation experience.

In his spare time, Rob enjoys spending time with his wife, Ellen, son, Tripp, and daughter, Molly, and watching South Carolina football.
