Ryan Baya joined the firm in 2010. Before joining Paskert Divers Thompson, Ryan practiced at a large law firm where he handled various commercial litigation in both Florida and Alabama. Since joining the firm, Ryan has continued practicing in Florida and Alabama, devoting his practice to representing clients in complex construction litigation including claims involving construction defects, products liability, suretyship, and indemnity. Aside from litigation, Ryan also advises contractors and developers in contract negotiation and various other construction-related matters.
