Sean Stephens joined the firm in 2022 and practices in the area of complex commercial litigation, with a concentration in construction defect claims. Before joining Paskert Divers Thompson, Sean worked as an Assistant Public Defender at the Public Defender’s Office in Tampa, Florida. While there, he served as a felony Public Defender and gained valuable litigation experience through jury trials and evidentiary hearings.
Sean graduated from Florida State University College of Law, where he served as a student attorney with the school’s Children’s Advocacy Clinic and the Innocence Project of Florida.
