Five PDT Attorneys Among Featured Presenters at 2026 ABA Mid-Winter Meeting in Washington, DC

Ali Adams, Brett Divers, Matt Davis, Ryan Weeks, and Rob Graham all presented at the Mid-Winter Meeting of the ABA’s Fidelity and Surety Law Committee in Washington, D.C. Ali Co-Chaired the daylong Surety Program titled, “High Stakes Surety: Reducing Risks and Mastering Claims in the Era of Mega Projects.” Brett presented on a panel that discussed “Investigating the Mega-Claim: Identifying and Building Defenses.” Matt’s presentation analyzed various construction-related insurance products and a surety’s mechanisms to mitigate or avoid surety losses through insurance recovery. Ryan was part of the Fidelity Program titled, “Navigating the New Era of Commercial Crime: Bigger Claims, Smarter Criminals, Higher Stakes,” and spoke on “Who is an Employee for Purposes of Commercial Crime Coverage.” Finally, Rob led a panel on "Strategic Project Delivery for the Mega Project: A Legal and Practical Business Analysis of Billion-Dollar Ventures," focused on various project delivery methods, their effectiveness, and trends shaping the mega-project space.
